3) Σάντουιτς ή Μπον Φιλέ; / Hamburger or T-bone Steak

Είναι μια δυσάρεστη αλλά μεγάλη αλήθεια ότι αν αποφασίσεις να ταξιδέψεις με φίλους, θα πρέπει το budget που είστε διατεθειμένοι να διαθέσετε να είναι σχετικά κοντά. Αν εσύ έχεις αποφασίσει να χαρίσεις στον εαυτό και στο/στη σύντροφό σου ένα λουξ ταξίδι, γιατί το αξίζεις, γιατί αυτό χρειάζεσαι για να ξεκουραστείς, δεν μπορείς ωστόσο να ταξιδέψεις με τον/την κολλητό/ή σου που θέλει να κάνει ένα low budget ταξίδι στην παρούσα φάση. 

Δεν πρόκειται να συμφωνήσετε και να είστε όλοι ευχαριστημένοι ούτε στο ξενοδοχείο που θα διαλέξετε, ούτε στο φαγητό, όταν ο ένας θα θέλει να τη βγάλει με ένα νόστιμο σάντουιτς και ο άλλος θα ψάχνει πόσο κάνει η μπριζόλα στα μενού έξω από τα καλά εστιατόρια! Αυτά θα πρέπει να έχουν συμφωνηθεί, ανοιχτά ή σιωπηρά, από πριν.

your travel buddies should know beforehand!

It is an unpleasant but undeniable truth that, if you do decide to travel with buddies, your available budgets should be relatively similar. If you and your partner have decided to indulge in a luxury trip because you deserve it, because that’s exactly what you need in order to discharge and de-stress, it’s not the best choice to travel with your currently budget-conscious besties, who are looking for something less purse-wracking. 

You will never see eye-to-eye on anything, from the hotel room to the meals. It doesn’t really sound like fun together when one is content with sustaining on tasty sandwiches and the other is perusing the menus pinned outside the fancy restaurants comparing steak prices! These are all agreements to be made openly or discreetly before the trip.
